John Lynch

As a world-class communicator, John is a vital Trueface staff member. In addition to speaking internationally with the Trueface team since 1997, John has co-authored The Cure, Bo’s Café, Behind The Mask, and his own story, On My Worst Day. John also powerfully delivered the classic Two Roads Two Rooms allegory, which the co-authors created for The Cure. This message can be heard or seen on the internet.

John commonly speaks on identity in Christ, family of origin and parenting.

Bruce McNicol

God has used the teaching wisdom, global vision, and business skills of co-founder and President, Dr. Bruce McNicol, to help Trueface offer break-through experiences of grace for many thousands around the world. With degrees in finance law, theology, leadership and organizational development, Bruce’s gifting to write to diverse readers and leaders has proved true in the best-sellers he has co-authored: The Cure, The Ascent of a Leader, Bo’s Café, Behind The Mask, The Kingdom Life, and High Trust Cultures. Audiences in various countries continue discovering hope and freedom from Bruce's story-driven, biblically-anchored teaching.

Bill Thrall

As co-founder of Trueface in 1995, Bill’s wisdom has been penned throughout The Cure, The Ascent of a Leader, Bo’s Café, Behind The Mask, and High Trust Cultures. Bill’s gifts and experience also shine as he helps leaders establish trust in all their key relationships and nurtures grace-based environments. CEO’s of international companies to heads of mission organizations and universities have repeatedly discovered a life-long gratitude for spending time with Bill.

Joellen Maurer

After years of being deeply impacted and influenced by the ministry of Trueface and its founders, it seems like a natural fit for Joellen to be joining our team. An MA with an emphasis in Spiritual Formation from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a BS from Milligan College in Education and Bible, her life long passion has been to help others to move forward in their spiritual journey. She has done this in many roles including women’s ministry leader, spiritual formation director, discipleship leader, retreat speaker, mentor, and Bible study leader. Joellen also serves as a faculty member for our Certificate of High Trust Leadership and travels and speaks about building high trust cultures.

Bill Tell

Bill led The Navigator collegiate ministry at the University of Illinois at Urbana from 1972 – 1981.  From 1982 – 1988 Bill served as the Navigator State Director for IL and was involved in the student ministry at Bradley University. In 1988 the family moved to Sacramento, CA where Bill directed the Nav ministry in California and the Pacific Northwest.  Bill assumed the role of Associate U.S. Collegiate Director in 1991, then served on the National Leadership Team of The Navigators from 1998 - 2011 serving as the Student Ministry Director, Deputy US Director and Chief of Staff.

Bill currently is currently a member of the Navs Learning and Development team and serves as a US Staff Development Specialist. He is the author of Lay it Down – Living in the Freedom of the Gospel.

Bill became involved with the TrueFace team in 2000 as they guided him through depression and burnout. Since then Bill has been involved helping teach TrueFace Intensives and other TF training sessions, as a guest blogger and podcast participant, and faculty for the CHTL certificate course.
